Cabrini College captured the overall cup for the fourth year in row. The Cavaliers took home conference championships in Field Hockey, Men&rsquo;s Soccer, Women&rsquo;s Soccer, Volleyball, Men&rsquo;s Basketball, Men&rsquo;s Lacrosse and Women&rsquo;s Lacrosse.
